Bachelor of Science in Radiation Science Program (Distance)
The Bachelor of Science in Radiation Sciences BSRS degree provides the Radiologic Technologist with foundational skills necessary to advance within the profession. The BSRS program can be completed in one year, depending on the individual academic plan. Students interested in completing an emphasis in Administration, Education, Science and Advanced Medical Imaging , pre-MS in Radiologist Assistant or Imaging Informatics may be able to do so concurrently with the core program.
The BSRS Degree is comprised of the following elements:

• The general studies requirements (General Education)
• The radiation technology core requirements (on-campus or online)
• An area of emphasis (administration, education, clinical practice, science, advanced medical imaging, pre-MSRA, or imaging informatics)

Admissions:

To be eligible for admission, the applicant must be a graduate of an approved program in radiologic technology, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, or sonography (ultrasound).
